Job Summary
Plan and execute Kappahl's visual merchandising concept to drive purchase interest through inspiring, updated, and varied product displays. Present campaigns and activities visually while mentoring and delegating tasks to team members. Actively participate in daily sales interactions, ensuring customers feel inspired, safe, and welcome while leveraging product knowledge to support sales targets. Collaborate proactively with the team to achieve established goals, balancing store presentation duties with customer service responsibilities. This 80% full-time role requires flexibility for evening shifts and weekend coverage to support peak seasons and holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- Behersker norsk og engelsk muntlig og skriftlig
- Du er 18 år eller eldre
- 1-2 kveldsvakter pr uke bør påregnes
- minimum 1 lørdagsvakt pr måned
- fleksibel i henhold til både arbeidstid og oppgaver

Desired Qualifications
- Utdannelse/erfaring fra butikkommunikasjon eller visual merchandising
