Job Summary
Lead floor resets before store hours, merchandise new collections with creative displays, and dress mannequins weekly to uphold Aviator Nation visual standards. Train staff on visual protocols, run weekly reports to optimize product placement, and ensure daily restocking of top sellers. Collaborate with the Visual Director and Store Manager on monthly meetings and major event setups, while assisting with social media photoshoots and content creation. Maintain high customer care standards, enforce safety protocols, and drive sales through strategic planning and team motivation during eight to nine-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Open and flexible availability - available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be full-time
- 1+ years of visual managerial experience
- Work efficiently during eight (8) to nine (9) hour shifts
- Promote a sense of ownership and delegation
- Consistently arrive to each shift with high energy and enthusiasm
- Superior customer service and hospitality skills
- Outstanding communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
- Confident presentation ability, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills, high energy, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency required to meet deadlines and work productively in a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones
- Must be able to stand for long durations of time, kneel, bend, reach, climb, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30lbs
- Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool
- Must be able to work with hand and power operated tools and lift in order to execute display set ups
- Strong sensory skills - good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity
