Job Summary
Lead store operations by managing the sales floor, restocking top-selling items, and executing weekly floor resets before opening hours. Dress mannequins, create eye-catching product displays for new collections, and train staff on visual standards and safety protocols. Collaborate with the Visual Director and Inventory Manager to ensure full stock levels, run weekly performance reports, and organize major store events. Assist with social media content creation, including photoshoots, product photography, and posting. Maintain high customer care standards while driving sales and ensuring a profitable store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Open and flexible availability - available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be full-time
- 1+ years of visual managerial experience
- Work efficiently during eight (8) to nine (9) hour shifts
- Promote a sense of ownership and delegation
- Consistently arrive to each shift with high energy and enthusiasm
- Superior customer service and hospitality skills
- Outstanding communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
- Confident presentation ability, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills, high energy, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency required to meet deadlines and work productively in a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones
- Must be able to stand for long durations of time, kneel, bend, reach, climb, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30lbs
- Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool
- Must be able to work with hand and power operated tools and lift in order to execute display set ups
- Strong sensory skills - good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity
