Job Summary
Visual Merchandiser at H&M supports the store by creating a customer-first visual identity per H&M guidelines, coaches the team on visual and commercial knowledge, ensures safety and administration procedures are followed, tracks KPIs and drives actions to meet business targets, and plans, executes, and follows up on sales activities and store campaigns. Requires the ability to stand for long periods, perform lifting and setup tasks with hand and power tools, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions
- Push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos) for a short distance
- Must be able to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer)
- Lift to execute display setups
- Flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
- Safety, security and administration procedures knowledge
- Ability to follow store KPIs and participate in campaigns
- Plan, execute and follow up sales activities and store campaigns
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Creativity and inclusivity in visual presentation
- Retail environment experience
- Store merchandising and display setup experience
