Job Summary
Execute seasonal window décor and floor set roll-outs weekly to maintain brand aesthetic and drive sales. Manage product placement, fixture positioning, and new product introductions while interpreting visual communications from leadership. Lead the team on merchandising standards, product flow, and visual presentation analysis to achieve department goals. Handle heavy lifting up to 30 lbs and perform ladder work as needed. Maintain loss prevention protocols and report incidents. Support the Store Leader in coaching associates, managing conflict, and aligning team performance with financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Merchandising experience
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
