Job Summary
Install and remove window presentations and store promotion events while packing, unpacking, and prepping props to support visual direction. Partner with store leadership to plan layouts, creative design flows, product rotation, and markdown placement. Communicate policy violations and guest concerns to management in a timely manner. Educate leadership on visual strategies and drive urgency for new product placement. Assist guests and teammates as needed while applying company policies and codes of ethics. Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
