Job Summary
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for enhancing the shopping experience by managing the store's visual presentation and product layout. Duties include timely installation and removal of visual displays, collaborating with store leadership on layouts, educating on visual strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, a solid understanding of visual merchandising, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to install and remove window presentations and store promotions
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and guests
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
- Understanding of visual merchandising strategies
