Visual Merchandiser Assistant

Job Summary
Assist the Area Visual Merchandiser and/or Regional Visual Merchandiser in creating and maintaining the visual and merchandise presentation of the showrooms. Coordinate furniture and accessory placement per the Standards Manual; implement floor moves for weekly transfers; hang artwork and mirrors; rotate furniture for fresh presentation; communicate with store management; support inventories and publish weekly schedules. Requires strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills, proficient Excel and data handling, and the ability to work with vendors and agencies to maintain high standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of experience and education
- 1-3 years of direct experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excel proficiency (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Microsoft Access experience is a plus
