Job Summary
Partner with store leadership to create and maintain a consistent 5-Star Guest Experience across showroom locations. Supervise and work alongside Material Handlers to build, assemble, and position furniture and fixtures while executing corporate visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines. Set showroom displays, execute floor sets, and maintain merchandising displays and planograms to enhance the customer shopping experience. Assist with training new team members on visual merchandising standards and support administrative functions and special projects as needed. This role requires 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or floor set execution and involves physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating basic hand tools.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, showroom presentation, high-end fashion merchandising, or floor set execution
- strong understanding of retail visual standards, merchandising techniques, product presentation, floor sets, and creating engaging customer experiences
- Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds of furniture, merchandise, and fixtures
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and climb ladders throughout the workday
- Ability to safely operate ladders and basic hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, drill, etc.)
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with excellent hand-eye coordination for up to eight hours per workday
