Job Summary
In-store leadership role executing Visual Merchandising in line with the Commercial Handbook and H&M brand guidelines to create inspiring customer experiences and maximize commercial opportunities. Drive high-quality garment presentation in windows and interiors, train and coach colleagues on styling and presentation, collaborate with the Department Manager and Store Manager to optimize commercial opportunities, and plan workloads to meet business needs while maintaining safety and administrative procedures.

- Up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Commercial mindset with ability to analyze figures and maximize sales
- Ability to delegate, follow up and provide feedback to coach and develop team
