VISUAL MERCHANDISER (40 Hours - Oxford 415-419 St.)

Visual Merchandiser for Mango at the London and Oxford stores. Responsible for displaying products in a commercial and fashionable manner according to Mango standards to maximise sales. 40 hours per week with full flexibility (including weekends). Responsibilities include maintaining the store image, applying visual merchandising standards, executing store changes quickly, optimizing selling space, monitoring sales figures and performance indicators, adapting to results, understanding customer profiles and product potential, ensuring replenishment and stock availability, communicating merchandising changes, reporting to management, and supporting store operations. Requirements include results-driven, sales-oriented mindset with solid fashion merchandising experience, strong communication skills, ability to work both in a team and independently, and ability to prioritise under strict deadlines.
