Job Summary
Manage the store image daily by applying visual merchandising standards, executing store changes quickly, and optimizing selling space through profitability analysis. Monitor sales figures and competitor strategies to adapt product measures and replenishment orders, ensuring the right inventory is available. Communicate with the team regarding new products and out-of-stock items while reporting to management on specific store duties. Work full flexibility Monday to Sunday for 40 hours per week. This role supports the Lakeside SC location within MANGO's global network of over 120 markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Visual Merchandiser experience
- Results driven and sales oriented
- Solid merchandising experience within a fashion environment
- Passion for fashion
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and alone
- Ability to prioritise and adapt
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and short notice
- Full flexibility required, Monday to Sunday
- 40 hours per week
