VISUAL MERCHANDISER (38 hours - Noordwijk)

Display the product in a commercial and fashionable manner according to Mango standards to maximize sales. Maintain the store image at all times, apply visual merchandising standards, perform store changes quickly and in an orderly manner, monitor sales figures and performance indicators to take product-based actions, understand the customer profile and product potential and the competitive strategies of rivals, communicate with the team about new products and merchandising changes, and report to management while supporting key store duties. You should have solid merchandising experience in fashion, be results-driven and sales-oriented, possess strong communication skills, work well both in a team and independently, and be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
