Job Summary
Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care, and identify prioritized visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management. Coach the store team using trend and competitor insights to deliver a great customer experience while representing the brand positively during all interactions. Support Sales Market with store expansion projects. This permanent 35-hour role in Uppsala Gränby requires working during store opening hours and proficiency in Swedish or English.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment
- solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation
- Language skills in Swedish or English
