Job Summary
Manage store image and apply visual merchandising standards to maximize sales through quick, orderly store changes and optimized selling space. Monitor sales figures and performance indicators to adapt product measures and competitor strategies, ensuring replenishment and additional orders for the right product. Communicate with the team regarding new products, merchandising changes, and out-of-stock garments while reporting to management for specific store duties. Requires minimum 1 year of experience, 32 hours per week with full flexibility Monday to Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Visual Merchandiser experience
- Results driven and sales oriented
- Solid merchandising experience within a fashion environment
- Passion for fashion
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and alone
- Ability to prioritise and adapt
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and short notice
- Full flexibility required, Monday to Sunday
- 32 hours per week
