Interview, select, and train Team Members while directing daily work and appraising productivity for promotions or status changes. Handle complaints, discipline issues, and ensure safety for staff, guests, and products. Plan and distribute assignments, manage departmental budgets and inventory, and implement compliance measures. Construct compelling displays using merchandise, fixtures, and props to stimulate sales and create engaging in-store experiences. Walk the sales floor daily to maximize the "Wow" factor, research industry trends by visiting competitors, and analyze guest surveys to improve service scores. Prepare weekly merchandising meetings with prioritized information and make innovative suggestions to enhance business performance.
