Job Summary
Support management in achieving goals by providing World-Class service and ensure appropriate staff coverage. Create engaging customer experiences and promote innovative store concepts. Execute visual merchandising standards to drive sales while coaching associates. Responsible for maintaining visual presentation and displays, collaborating with the sales team, and fostering a respectful environment for all associates.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role
- Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred
- Specialty retail experience preferred
