Job Summary
Visual Manager leads and coordinates visual merchandising strategy within the store, driving product presentation, stock management (restock/destock), and visual execution aligned with store and brand directives. Responsible for planning visual floor changes via payroll and leveraging reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels. Represents the business in leadership activities, collaborates across functions to meet KPI targets, manages budgeting and reporting, and develops talent within the Visual team through coaching and succession planning. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to move throughout the store to support operations, with emphasis on maintaining visual standards and customer-ready presentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
