Job Summary
Oversee visual and product strategy by championing strong salesfloor standards, planning floor changes, and executing visual merchandising directives. Lead strategic product presentation through recovery, restock, and destock operations while analyzing reporting tools to identify opportunities for product placement and stock levels. Manage the Visual team's mission alignment, drive continuous coaching, and establish internal pipelines through succession planning and recruitment. Represent the business in meetings and partner with General/Store Manager to monitor budgets, expenses, sell-thru metrics, and inform quarterly planning. Ensure operational efficiency and visual set execution on the sales floor while navigating organizational goals. Requires constant movement throughout the store, including back of house, with variable shifts and peak day availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

- work variable shifts including peak days and weekends
- able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)
