Job Summary
The Visual Manager will be responsible for providing visual support to the store by creating engaging product displays that attract and motivate customers. Duties include analyzing sales figures, communicating with the Town Merchandiser, setting up promotions, and training staff in merchandising and displays. The role requires a strong attention to detail, creativity, time management skills, and effective communication. This position is part of the Junior Management team, overseeing staff while maintaining store standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of visual merchandising experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
