Job Summary
Attract, engage, and motivate customers using creative visual techniques, mannequin alternation, and seasonal window displays. Analyze Oracle figures to optimize product placement and floor layouts while setting up and monitoring in-store promotions. Communicate feedback to the Town Merchandiser and provide training on merchandising standards. Ensure weekly development practices to grow current associates and maintain high hygiene and safety protocols throughout the store. This temporary contract role supports the Junior Management team at Galeries de la Capitale, contributing to the JD Group's strategy of delivering authentic brands in a premium environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of visual merchandising experience
- Be creative, imaginative and have a flair for coordinating product flow
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to have a flexible schedule
