Job Summary
Visual Lead responsible for achieving store sales and profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager, overseeing floor changes, stock replenishment, and visual direction from planning to execution. Leads by example on guest experience, coaching Associates, recruitment and development, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Visual Manager to ensure budget adherence, inventory control, and timely merchandising changes. Requires 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment, strong leadership, excellent communication, high energy, and the ability to drive results within a full-time retail setting in White Plains, NY.

- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
