Job Summary
The Visual Lead oversees visual merchandising and store presentation to drive sales and profitability in partnership with the Visual Manager. Responsibilities include managing shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management; maintaining strategic product presentation and adapting visual plans with the management team; planning visual floor changes, budgeting, and leveraging payroll to support business needs; using reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels; partnering with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, and facilities; leading and coaching Associates, guiding recruitment and development, and delivering feedback for individual growth; collaborating cross-functionally to execute directives and ensure the store operates in line with visual standards and company objectives; requires 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a high-energy, team-oriented approach.
