Job Summary
Manage store sales and profitability through visual merchandising, executing shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery. Plan visual floor changes, maintain product presentation, and utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement and stock levels. Partner with the Visual Manager and Operations team to control budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships while leading staff through coaching and recruitment. Open and close the store daily, adapting zone support to business needs and embodying ALO's guiding principles. Work full-time (32-40 hours) with variable shifts including peak days, weekends, and the Blackout period.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's guiding principles
- Full-time employment
