Job Summary
Manage store visual merchandising by executing product recovery, restocking, floor set updates, and replenishment to maximize sales and profitability. Lead daily operations including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and supply management while adapting visual direction to meet business needs and budgets. Partner with Operations and Visual Managers to oversee inventory control, vendor relationships, and facility standards, utilizing reporting tools to identify opportunities for product placement and stock levels. Open and close the store in accordance with visual standards, providing coaching and feedback to staff to drive individual growth and maintain high guest experience levels.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
- Requires constant movement in an around all areas of store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Available for opening, closing and weekend shifts
- Available to work from the week of and including Black Friday until the end of the holiday season, first week of January
