Visual Lead(In store)_현대목동점/판교점

Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in collaboration with the Management Team. The role requires managing execution of operational functions (shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery, floor-set updates, and inventory) and maintaining visual standards and merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The position involves open/close duties, constant movement throughout the store, coaching and developing Associates, driving visual direction from planning to execution, leveraging metrics for business opportunities, and ensuring excellent guest experience while meeting budgets and timelines. Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and the ability to adapt visual strategies to business needs are essential.
