Job Summary
Manage store sales and profitability through visual merchandising, overseeing shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment. Execute visual direction from planning through implementation while maintaining strategic product presentation, restocking, and destocking in alignment with Visual Manager directives. Lead operations by managing budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, and facilities, utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities. Open and close the store daily, coach associates on performance and guest experience, and drive recruitment and talent development. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Sales leads to execute company directives and ensure well-executed business operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's guiding principles
- Full-time employment
- 32-40 hours per week
- Open availability for variable shifts including peak days and weekends
- Ability to work during the company's Blackout period from Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season (1st week of January)
