Job Summary
Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, and floor set updates. Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restocking, and visual merchandising changes align with directives. Partner with the Visual Manager to plan floor changes, execute visual direction from planning through budget execution, and utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities. Open and close the store in accordance with visual standards while collaborating with Operations and Sales leads to drive cross-functional training and initiatives. Lead by example to inspire staff, provide coaching for associate development, and evaluate performance using company tools. Requires full-time availability for opening, closing, weekend shifts, and the holiday season through January.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds (22.7kg)
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Proof of right to live and work in country from start of employment
- Available for opening, closing and weekend shifts
- Available to work from the week of and including Black Friday until the end of the holiday season, first week of January
