Visual Lead - Alys Beach

Visual Lead at Alys Beach drives store sales and profitability through strategic Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. Responsible for end-to-end visual leadership including floor set planning and execution, stock and inventory management, shipments, and floor recovery, while maintaining compelling product presentation aligned with directives. Collaborates with Operations & Visual Manager on budgeting, reporting, and utilization of metrics to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels. Leads by example to guide Associates, supports recruiting and development, and ensures adherence to visual standards and store operations. The role requires 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment, strong leadership, excellent communication, high energy, and the ability to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. Job Level: Associate; Full-time with 32-40 hours per week and availability for the holiday blackout period.
