Job Summary
Visual Keyholder at River Hills Mall responsible for driving in-store presentation and customer experience in line with H&M Visual Identity. Duties include setting garment presentation on the sales floor and windows, determining additional commercial opportunities with the Department Manager, executing floor moves, and maintaining high-quality visual displays. Requires up-to-date fashion knowledge, ability to coach and develop store team members, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold H&M standards and legal requirements. Must support and guide the team to meet store KPIs and budgets, adapt plans to seasonal campaigns, and participate in opening/closing store routines, while maintaining safety and loss-prevention awareness. Role supports travel to other stores as needed; must be able to stand for long periods, lift items, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Compensation ranges hourly between $17.33 and $19.92.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome
- Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift items and climb ladder
- Ability to travel to support other stores (may be required)
