Job Summary
Visual Keyholder/Visual Merchandiser responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer journey through expert styling, deep product knowledge, and a visually compelling store environment. Interpret sales data and customer insights to guide the store's visual direction, design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity, style mannequins and outfits to inspire purchases, merchandise the shop floor per guidelines for cohesive presentation, support the sales team in daily operations, maintain high visual merchandising standards, mentor teammates, and act as a brand ambassador contributing to a memorable customer journey. Requires strong fashion knowledge, ability to translate trends into compelling displays, customer-centric approach, excellent communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and eagerness to learn. Evening/weekend/holiday availability anticipated. Compensation: $23.54-$26.54 per hour. This is a full-time position with a contract of 32-40 hours per week.
