Job Summary
Set garment presentation on the sales floor and windows according to the Commercial Handbook, executing floor moves and maintaining high-quality visual identity with well-styled mannequins. Drive sales by implementing seasonal trends, upcoming campaigns, and brand standards while ensuring clear customer flow through fixture placement. Support the store team with direct customer service, coaching on visual and commercial skills, and maintaining inventory of incoming props and marketing materials. Complete daily morning routines, perform window painting, and manage store opening and closing procedures. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting over 20 pounds and using hand tools to execute display setups.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of transferrable experience
- Previous keyholder responsibilities
- Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend
- Ability to stretch
- Ability to engage in repetitive motions
- Ability to push
- Ability to pull
- Ability to carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to use a step stool
- Ability to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer, etc)
- Ability to lift in order to execute display setups
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
- Must be able to work nights
