Job Summary
Conduct detailed visual inspections of medical products and packaging to verify compliance with quality and regulatory standards; identify defects, damages, or irregularities; document and report findings to the Quality Control team; ensure products meet safety and quality specifications prior to release for shipment; maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area; collaborate with production teams to communicate quality concerns and potential improvements; follow all company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines during inspection activities; requires keen eyesight and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong eyesight and ability to identify minor visual defects
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills for clear reporting of issues
