Job Summary
Install, configure, administer, and maintain Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection Systems to ensure full operational readiness and compliance with Government standards. Provide onsite emergency support within one hour of notification, including outside normal duty hours, and resolve critical issues for listed systems and components. Maintain current project planning documentation, network maps, and monthly status reports while keeping all hardware, software, and relevant Government documentation updated on SharePoint. Ensure all VIIDS components meet or exceed industry standards and applicable regulations. Requires Top Secret clearance and Honeywell Vindicator certification.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network design and administration
- Cisco or equivalent certification, e.g., CCNA, CCNP
- advanced understanding of server maintenance and operation
- Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System certification
- Access Control certification
- Vindicator Command and Control certification
- active certification with Honeywell
- Top Secret clearance
- capability of being upgraded to Yankee White
