Collaborate with copywriters, creative leads, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive solutions, ensuring designs align with brand standards and accessibility requirements. Adapt assets across channels for different audiences, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and stay current with design trends and tools. Requires 5+ years of agency experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma (components, auto layout, libraries), strong layout/typography/production skills, and a portfolio showcasing print and digital marketing materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience (print and digital)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, libraries, and collaborative design workflows
- Online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing print and digital marketing materials
