Job Summary
Translate business goals and stakeholder input into clear design briefs and concepts for Studyportals' B2B marketing, thought leadership, events, and sales enablement. Create polished, on-brand visuals that support demand generation while helping colleagues produce stronger materials through practical guidance and reusable resources. Balance creativity with usability, clarity, and business impact, using AI-assisted tools to explore ideas and improve workflow efficiency. Collaborate with marketers, content specialists, and sales teams to deliver effective visual concepts that make complex information easier to understand.
Required Qualifications
- Around 3-4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, marketing design, or a similar role
- Experience creating marketing, communications, or thought-leadership materials for professional audiences
- Good knowledge of layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, composition, and brand consistency
- Confidence working with stakeholders to clarify needs, challenge assumptions where needed, and shape a strong design brief
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- The ability to work independently, organise your own workload, and prioritise based on impact and urgency
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment
- Experience creating motion, video, or animation assets
- Experience using AI-supported design or productivity tools to support ideation, image generation, layout exploration, or efficient execution
