Job Summary
Develop high-quality elearning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline, creating multimedia assets and interactions based on storyboards. Collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs to transform concepts into polished learning experiences, then package and publish modules following SCORM and xAPI specifications. Ensure visual consistency, accessibility compliance, and responsive performance while testing, troubleshooting, and deploying courses across various LMS environments. Validate reporting and tracking data to confirm seamless delivery within the maritime industry's digital solutions. This 18-month fixed term contract offers competitive compensation, comprehensive healthcare, and allowances.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer
- Solid visual design skills (layout, typography, branding, color, composition)
- Strong understanding of SCORM (1.2/2004) and xAPI tracking standards
- Solid working knowledge of LMS platforms and troubleshooting LMSrelated issues
- Ability to interpret and implement storyboards with accuracy and creativity
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS for custom functionality
Desired Qualifications
- proficiency in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline (great to have but not mandatory)
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Blender!
- e-learning experience desirable
