Job Summary
The Visual Designer at Cirrus Aircraft will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create design solutions that fulfill business goals. Responsibilities include managing multiple design projects, developing on-brand marketing materials, and incorporating feedback to ensure high-quality outputs. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe and Figma.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- 2-4 years real world experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of line, proportion & use of color.
- Strong visual communicator.
- Ability to show sound judgement and effective communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Knowledge of print, digital, animation and video production processes.
- Familiar with creative and collaborative tools/platforms: Adobe and Figma.
- Familiar with AI tools and platforms.
