Job Summary
Visual Construction Planner needed to create model-based visualizations (flipbooks, videos, 4D views, Power BI dashboards) and lead visual planning deliverables across pursuits and project execution. Responsibilities include defining work packages from model content, sequencing and logistics, troubleshooting software/process issues, training project teams on Visual Planning tools and workflows, generating visual references using schedule data, and mentoring team members in planning best practices. Experience with 4D tools (Synchro 4D) and data visualizations (Power BI) is required; familiarity with BIM model integration and risk input on schedule milestones is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering or related field and 0-2+ years of relevant experience; Primavera P6 proficiency; strong communication and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of experience as a Visual Planning professional, preferably within DPR’s Core Market projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience
- Oracle Primavera P6 experience
- Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Flexible, detailed-oriented team player with ability to manage multiple tasks, work with diverse personalities & work styles, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines
