Job Summary
Develop visually engaging presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders while designing marketing materials such as brochures, social media visuals, email templates, infographics, and website graphics. Create data-driven charts and diagrams that represent information consistently with the brand's visual identity. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project needs and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations, managing multiple concurrent projects to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in professional graphic design, ideally within a marketing or corporate setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating presentation decks and marketing assets
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to receive and implement creative direction and feedback with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience creating and designer presentation decks
