Visual Communication Designer

Job Summary
Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, and sales managers to define, design, and deliver all forms of visual communication, including catalogues, brochures, flyers, infographics, and web media. Transform core messages into visual content and provide creative direction for photography and video shoots. Help refine sales pitches, internal presentations, and board decks while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Create visual aspects for websites and other media channels. As the first in-house visual communications designer for Baggizmo, you will reinvent and expand brand exposure with a highly skilled creative team. Participate in global campaigns and contribute to their success within a knowledge-sharing startup culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in design
- A portfolio with samples of your design work in different fields (print, packaging, online...)
- Proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Proficiency with various graphic, video and motion graphic software (Adobe Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work as part of a creative team; good communication skills
- Paying attention to details and precision
- Multitasking ability
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably, love for creating various rich-media formats, coming up with something small but intriguing
