Job Summary
Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on styling, decorating, and entertaining. Interpret and execute visual inspiration to drive sales while ensuring merchandising and displays remain visually compelling. Model and coach associates on upholding visual standards, then replenish the sales floor regularly to maintain presentation. Execute floorsets to reflect brand spirit within required timeframes and seek out innovative ways to make stores neighborhood destinations. Part-time flex schedule requiring weekend and weekday availability. Competitive hourly pay of $21.30 to $22.30. College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift & mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment & safety techniques
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts during the week
- Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred
- Specialty retail preferred
- College degree preferred or equivalent job experience
