Job Summary
Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing styling, decorating and entertaining expertise; implement visual changes and ensure store displays reflect an eclectic, creative, and modern spirit; drive sales through visually compelling merchandising and floorsets; coach and model visual standards for associates; collaborate with the sales team to elevate product presentation and customer experience; maintain brand image and create a neighborhood-destination feel while upholding People-First philosophy and brand competencies.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role
- 1-2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred
- College degree preferred or equivalent job experience
- Must be able to lift & mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.
- Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend and two during the week
