Job Summary
Set up compelling window displays and merchandise layouts while ensuring promotional signage is up-to-date and organized. Execute organized floor sets, work with management on product placement, and maintain daily sales floor standards. Keep backstock organized, move relevant products to the floor, and comply with merchandise receiving guidelines. Respond to customers with courtesy and use store systems effectively. This role requires scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay range of $16.25 - $20.25.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Passive voice: Respond to customers as needed while displaying courtesy and respect
