Job Summary
Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts while ensuring promotional signage is up-to-date and organized. Execute organized floor sets, work with management on product placement, and maintain daily sales floor standards. Keep backstock organized, move products to the floor regularly, and comply with receiving and handling guidelines. Use store systems effectively, respond to customers with courtesy, and learn presentation standards for front and back of house. This role requires scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay range of $13.50 to $16.90 hourly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 40 pounds.
