Visitor Service Associate

Visitor Service Associate at Imagination Station Toledo (Toledo, OH) – part-time 20-25 hours/week. Responsibilities include greeting visitors with enthusiasm, responding to questions, processing admissions and POS transactions (cash handling, credit cards, membership verification), selling memberships, maintaining accurate records and gift shop merchandising, assisting with opening/closing, ensuring safety, and supporting an inclusive environment for visitors of all ages and backgrounds. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced public-facing environment, reliability, and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or informal education, plus basic cash handling and POS experience, are preferred.
