Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of work experience in visitor screening operations (equivalent work experience includes duties such as searching bags/luggage, processing large groups of visitors, and operating applicable sensing equipment)
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English with sufficient fluency
- Possess required state motor vehicle licenses or certifications for operating equipment and vehicles used in the execution of this contract
- Physical ability to stand constantly, work outdoors, and perform duties in all types of weather
- Public Trust or Secret security requirements
- Excellent customer service via phone and face-to-face interaction
- Knowledge of ANC and related procedures
