Visitor Experience Representative

Guest-focused Visitor Experience Representative needed to rotate between the check-in desk, tasting bar, and retail store while leading guided experiences. Duties include taking reservations for tours and the restaurant, inputting data into the POS Focus System, greeting and checking in guests, verifying IDs for legal drinking age, maintaining a clean and safe facility, assisting with bourbon tastings and tours, answering questions, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. Role requires cross-training, strong communication, multitasking, a positive attitude, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and to become a certified Bourbon Steward.еку
