Job Summary
Visitor Experience Associate II contributes to an exceptional visitor experience through admissions, cash handling and sales, membership processing, and guest information. Responsibilities include floor management, coat check, concierge services, signage requests, event support, and assisting with special exhibitions (e.g., audio guide distribution, ticket handling). The role involves greeting visitors, directing crowd flow, maintaining knowledge of daily and upcoming museum activities, processing financial transactions, and using databases/software. Requires strong customer service, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and weekend availability; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).' }
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in sales or customer service, cash handling, and/or call center
