Job Summary
Greeter at various hospital departments and facilities, observing, monitoring, and reporting activities while ensuring visitor compliance with Safety & Security rules. Perform immediate violence de-escalation when needed and submit written reports for all incidents and violations. Maintain CPR certification, Management of Aggressive Behavior, and IAHSS Basic certification, while enforcing policies in an assertive, yet courteous manner. Requires customer service experience in a healthcare environment, a valid driver's license, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- CPR certification
- Management Of Aggressive Behavior
- IAHSS Basic certification
- Customer service experience
- Driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
